Service and billing
CREATED 2 GROW LLC provides Shoppable Reels for Shopify merchants. Free includes up to five saved videos. Pro is $5 USD per month for unlimited videos and analytics, selected and billed through Shopify. Shopify displays the applicable billing terms before approval. You can change plans in the app or uninstall to end the service. You retain ownership of your content and must have permission to use anything you upload or import.
Data processing instructions
You control your store’s customer data. You instruct CREATED 2 GROW LLC to process store identifiers, authentication sessions, product and video references, playlists, appearance settings, and consent-permitted interaction and attributed order records to operate the app, provide analytics, support you, secure the service and fulfill verified privacy requests. Order analytics contains order/product identifiers, amounts, quantities, currency and timestamps. We do not store buyer contact information or payment card details in analytics. Shopify may deliver additional fields transiently; we do not save complete webhook payloads.
Our commitments
We process customer data only for these purposes and your lawful instructions, except when law requires otherwise. We do not sell it or use it for independent advertising profiles or significant automated decisions about people. We restrict access, use HTTPS, verified Shopify authentication, signed webhooks, tenant-scoped queries and encrypted hosting storage. Personnel with access must keep it confidential. We assist with verified access, correction and deletion requests and notify affected merchants of confirmed personal data breaches without undue delay, with available details and follow-up information.
Merchant responsibilities and privacy choices
Keep your store’s privacy notices accurate, obtain required permissions and respect customer choices. The player checks Shopify’s customer privacy settings before sending analytics, and purchase attribution also requires marketing permission. Verify customer identities before requesting or sharing reports. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment information to support. Only submit content and personal data that you are authorized to provide.
Providers and international processing
You authorize Shopify for store APIs, media and billing; Render for hosting and database services in the United States; and Namecheap forwarding and our business email provider for support correspondence. Public social imports request the supplied URL from that platform. These providers process the information required for their roles. Information may be processed outside your country. We will give advance notice of material subprocessor changes and discuss reasonable objections. Contact us before providing data that requires transfer arrangements not covered by your Shopify/provider agreements; this agreement does not claim that unexecuted transfer instruments exist.
Retention, return and deletion
Analytics events are retained for 90 days. Completed customer-request records are removed 30 days after the report is downloaded; pending requests remain until handled. Expired upload references are removed automatically. App configuration remains while installed. Merchants can export retained event data on any plan. Uninstall or store erasure deletes app-owned active database records, including authentication sessions and recorded acceptance. Original Shopify Files remain yours. Customer erasure removes matching order analytics. Minimal keyed deletion records prevent replay; recovery-journal records are retained for 45 days outside the app database so deletions can be reapplied after recovery. Provider backups expire on the provider’s configured schedule and are not used to resume service until deletion requests are reapplied. Support correspondence is kept only as needed for the request and applicable obligations.
Requests, changes and support
Contact help@shopablereels.app for assistance, data instructions, reasonable information about safeguards or objections to changes. Shoppers should contact their store merchant first. Verified Shopify privacy requests are handled within Shopify’s applicable deadline. Material changes to this agreement are versioned and require renewed acceptance in the app. Shopify’s platform and billing agreements continue to apply. This agreement does not limit rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow the parties to limit.
